+ What's all included in the ticket price?

Your ticket is all-inclusive. That means, tent, drinks, food, hot showers, shuttling from the nearest airport of the camp location is all included. (please check your individual retreat page FAQ's link for the correct airport).

+ What time can I arrive into camp?

We'll be set up and ready for you to arrive by 2pm at the earliest your camp start date.

+ Can I drive into camp if I have a rental car?

Of course! Please make sure to arrive no earlier than 2pm, as we may be setting up last minute details. We will send out an email for the exact location of camp one week prior.

+ Is shuttling included?

Yes! We'll be shuttling back and forth from nearest airport (please check your individual retreat page FAQ's link) and all activities!

+ Are flights included?

No. Although we're all-inclusive. Flights to and from each camp location are not included in the ticket price. We do shuttle to and from the airport.

+ Is there electricity to charge my camera/equipment?

Yes, every tent will have a solar charged Jackery in every tent to help keep you topped off. If it gets low, let us know and we'll supply a new one!

+ Are there showers and bathrooms?

Yes! We have two HOT SHOWERS and two bathrooms on site at every camp location. If you can help it, try to bring compostable soaps! We're off grid.

+ Is a deposit required?

Yes. A NON REFUNDABLE deposit is due at the time of booking. You will receive an email when your spot is confirmed. When your spot is confirmed your deposit is non-refundable unless we cancel the trip. The remaining balance will be charged 60 days prior to the trip departure. If you book within 60 days from trip start, the full amount will be due at booking, but still refundable until your spot is confirmed.

+ When is the rest of the payment due?

We'll be sending out a separate email with a link for your payment 30 days prior to each camp.

+ When is check-out?

Check out will be around "11am". We will have an awesome breakfast and relax at camp. Shuttling to the airport as well.
